The unique feature of our drinks list, which you will only find here at the Merlibeach in Alba Adriatica, comes out of the Artisanal processing of raw materials.
So, new, unique ingredients are created specifically for our cocktails, made from spices and herbs often processed using low-temperature cooking techniques, such as sous-vide.
